At Golokal Fresh, we are committed to delivering fresh, high‑quality A2 cow milk, other pure dairy products, and chemical‑free healthy products to your doorstep.

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, spoiled, incorrect or short‑in‑quantity on delivery.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order ID and photographic proof.

Approved returns will be resolved via either a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Because of hygiene and perishability, items delivered in good condition and consumed or stored beyond 24 hours are not eligible for return.
