Golokal Fresh is a Bengaluru-based e-commerce company dedicated to providing pure and fresh A2 cow milk directly sourced from our network of farmers. We are committed to supporting marginal farmers, preserving desi cow breeds, and promoting sustainable farming practices.

Our A2 milk is natural, unprocessed, and free from artificial hormones and antibiotics. It undergoes quality checks as per FSSAI standards, is chilled and packed at 2–4°C, and delivered directly from the farm to your doorstep.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Orders

All products on GolokalFresh.in are described accurately to the best of our ability. However, product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown.
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the chosen payment method for the total order amount.
All transactions are secured. We are not responsible for any payment errors arising due to incorrect information provided by the user.

5. Delivery

We deliver our products in Bengaluru and surrounding areas as per the delivery zones mentioned on our website.
Delivery times are indicative. While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including traffic, weather, or logistical issues.
Milk and perishable items are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness.

6. Order Placement, Modification, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order placement, cancellation, or any modifications must be done before 6:00 PM of the previous day.
After 6:00 PM, the order booking window will not be available on the website.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of damaged or spoiled products during delivery, please contact us immediately with a photograph for replacement or refund consideration.

7. Quality Assurance

All A2 milk and dairy products are produced following strict FSSAI guidelines and quality standards.
Our milk comes from cows fed natural food, without artificial hormones or antibiotics.
While we ensure the highest quality, consumption of dairy products may not be suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance or specific medical conditions. Please consult a doctor if unsure.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while placing an order or registering on the website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

9. Intellectual Property
