At Golokal Fresh, we are committed to delivering pure A2 cow milk within 12 hours of milking, other fresh dairy products i.e. malai paneer and A2 cow milk butter, maintaining a chilled temperature of 2‑4 °C to preserve freshness and adhering to the best handling practices as per the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).” 1. Delivery Area We currently deliver within Bengaluru and surrounding serviceable zones, as mentioned on our website and mobile app. Delivery to areas outside our defined service zone may not be available or may incur additional time — please contact our customer care for further information. 2. Order Processing Orders placed by 6:00 PM of the previous day will be processed for dispatch the following morning. 3. Shipping Charges and Free Delivery There are no shipping charges for deliveries within our serviceable zones. 4. Packaging & Quality Assurance Since our products are perishable (milk and dairy), they are packaged in temperature-controlled packaging and handled with care to ensure maximum freshness. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage or spoilage before accepting it. Important: As our fresh, pure milk is out of the cold chain from the delivery point to your doorstep, we highly recommend that you either refrigerate the milk immediately at 2–4°C to maintain freshness or boil it as soon as you receive it, since this is raw, pure milk and is more susceptible to bacterial exposure. 5. Delivery Time Frames Delivery time is 4:40 AM to 6:40 AM for serviceable zones. If your order is delayed, you will be informed via email or phone as soon as possible.
